二齿新蚤和方形黄鼠蚤松江亚种对低温的耐受能力 被引量:1

摘要 在实验室内不同低温条件下对二齿新蚤和方形黄鼠蚤松江亚种的死亡时间进行了研究。结果表明,方形黄鼠蚤松江亚种对低温的耐受能力强于二齿新蚤,这两种蚤在-3℃~-10℃下,30分钟几乎全部休眠。 The duration for two flea species to start appear dead and all to die under different low temperature were as followe: For Neopsylla bidentatiformis (Wagner, 1893), at - 3 to - 10°C, 4 days, 70days; at -20 to -27 °C , 30 minutes, 5 hours; at -30 to -37 °C , within 5 minutes, 30 minutes. For Citellopilus tsquorum sungaris (Jordan, 1929), at -3 to -10°C ,7 days, 90 days; at -20 to -27°C ,1 hour, 6hours; at -30 to -37°C, within 5 minutes, 50minutes. The resistance of Citellophilus tesquorum sungaris to low temperature was stronger than that of Neopsylla bidentatiformis. Under the condition of -3 to -10°C , Neopsylla bidentatiformis and Citellophilus tesquorum sungaris started appear dormant within 5 minutes, almost all were dormant at 30 minutes, very few flea was dormant after 1 hour.
