摘要
本文对青海高原藏羊、牦牛体内棘球蚴和原头节实验感染犬后获得的细粒棘球绦虫成虫进行了形态学观察和测量。结果表明二者在某些形态学上有显著差异,很可能是不同的虫株。牦牛-犬型细粒棘球绦虫的形态与世界各地报道过的虫株相比,有其独特之处,很可能是存在于我国的独立株系。
The morphological observation and measurement of Echinococcus granulosus from experimental infected dogs used different origin protscoleces was carried out during 1989-1992 in Qinghai plateau. The results showed the adult Echinococcus granulosus of tibetan sheep-dog model differed markedly from that of yak-dog model in morphological characterization. It is suggest the adult of Echinococcus granulosus of tibetan sheep-dog model and yak-dog model are probably different strains. The adult Echinococcus granulosus of yak-dog model in Qinghai plateau had unique and differed markly in morphological characterization compared to other model in world. It is suggested the adult Echinococcus granulosus of yak-dog model is probably independent strain in China.
