摘要
纸张在弹性范围内时,两端线速度差与张力成线性关系。本文以此为基础,探讨用交流电机实现张力控制的方法,给出了控制算法、硬件结构、控制方案以及相关参数整定的初步方案。
The linear velocity difference between the two ends of paper web is proportional to the web tension when it is within the elasticrange. The paper makes an exploration into the AC motor tension control method and provides a preliminary plan for the control algorithm,hardware construction, control plan and relevant parameter setting on above-mentioned basis.
