摘要
目的 :建立HPLC测定化回生口服液中大黄素和大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法 :KromasilC18色谱柱 (2 5 0× 4 .6mm ,5 μm) ,流动相 :甲醇 - 0 .1磷酸溶液 (85∶15 ) ;检测波长 :2 5 4nm。结果 :大黄素在 0 .0 0 98～ 0 .0 4 9μg范围内具有良好的线性关系 ,相关系数γ =0 .9999,平均加样回收率 98.6 2 % ,RSD为 1.4 0 % (n =5 )。大黄酚在 0 .0 2 12～ 0 .10 6 μg范围内具有良好的线性关系 ,相关系数γ =0 .9999,平均加样回收率 98.77% ,RSD为 1.88% (n =5 )。结论 :本方法简单 ,准确 ,重现性好 ,可作为化回生口服液的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish the method of determination of archin and chrysophanol in Huazhenghuisheng Liquid. Method: The chromatography glass column was KromasilC 18 (250×4.6mm,5μm). The move phase was methanol-0.1 phosphoric acid (85∶15). The detect wave-length was 254nm. Results: Archin has good linear relation in 0.0212～0.106μg. γ=0.9999. The average recover rate was 98.62%,RSD was 1.40%(n=5). Chrysophanol has good linear relation in 0.0212～0.106μg. γ=0.9999. The average recover rate was 98.77%. RSD was 1.88% (n=5). Conclusion: The method was simple, accurately and good for repetition, which could be a good content detection method for Huazhenghuisheng Liquid.
