摘要
采用反相中压柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和正相硅胶柱色谱等分离技术,从采自青岛海域的苔海绵Tedaniasp.醋酸乙酯相中分离得到6个化合物,经过~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR,IR以及MS等波谱技术确定它们的结构分别为:胸腺嘧啶,胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷,尿嘧啶脱氧核苷,对羟基苯甲酸,苯乙酰胺和正十六碳酸。
With the use of muiti-chromatography methods, six compounds were isolated from the marine sponge Tedania sp. collected from Qingdao. Their structures were identified asthymine(Ⅰ), thymidine(Ⅱ), 2′-deoxyuracine(Ⅲ), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid(Ⅳ), phinylacetamide(Ⅴ) and cetanic acid(Ⅵ) by spectroscopic methods including ~1H NMR, ^(13)C NMR, IR and MS experiments.
