摘要
目的研究武汉地区人群血清脂联素(adiponectin)水平与年龄、体重指数、血脂、血糖及胰岛素水平的关系。方法用ELISA法测定55例单纯肥胖个体和55例2型糖尿病肥胖个体[体重指数(BMI)≥25kg/m2]的血浆脂联素水平,运用电化学发光法测定空腹胰岛素(FIN),并测定空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)。结果肥胖2型糖尿病组与单纯肥胖组血清脂联素水平差异有显著性,单因素相关分析显示脂联素与TG,BMI和FPG呈负相关。在该年龄段中,脂联素水平与年龄关系不大。结论脂联素作为脂肪组织分泌的一种激素蛋白,其浓度变化与2型糖尿病的病变、血脂水平密切相关,脂联素的增加可能对抑制2型糖尿病的病程进展及血脂水平的升高有益。
Objective: To study the relation of serum adiponectin levels between age, body mass index, plasma glucose and insulin level in crowd of Wuhan. Methods: 55 overweight or obese subjects [ body mass index (BMI)≥25 kg/m2 ] all took oral 75 g glucose tolerance test. According to their plasma glucose level, the obese subjects were divided into simple obese group (n =55) and type 2 diabetic and obese group (n =55). Fasting insulin, TG, TC and adiponcetin were measured at the same time in all subjects. The relationship among these factors were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 software. Results: Serum adiponectin in type 2 diabetic and obese group was significantly lower than that in simple obese group. And serum adiponectin was negatively correlated to TG, BMI and FPG in all subjects showed BMI and FPG to be the equal predictors of serum adiponectin. Conclusions: Serum adiponectin is associated with BMI, plasma glucose, and lipids. High concentration of serum adiponectin maybe the obstacle of the development of type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia.
