摘要
目的探讨绝经后妇女骨质疏松症的治疗方法及效果.方法选择临床缺钙症状较明显的60例绝经期妇女,用药前采用sPA骨矿分析仪测定左前臂中下1/3交界处骨密度(BMD),然后给予尼尔雌醇及乐力钙治疗,观察临床症状变化情况,用药6个月后再次测量其骨密度(BMD).结果用药1周后各种临床症状均得到缓解,4～6个月98%的患者症状消失.骨密度较用药前增加6.67%.结论尼尔雌醇与乐力钙合用治疗绝经后骨质疏松症,效果好,经济简便,患者乐于接受.
Objective: To investigate the treatment for postmenopausal women′s osteoporosis and its effects. Methods: Select 60 postmenopausal women whose clinical symptom of calcium deficiency was distinct, and determined their bone density in junction of left-front (1/3) arm using SPA, then treated them with Nilestriol and Osteoform combined together, Observed their clinical symptoms after six months, measure their bone densities again.Results: The osteoporosis symptoms in 98% patients were disappeared after 4~6 months and their bone densities increased 6.67% after 6 months. Conclusions: The treatment for postmenopausal women's osteoporosis using Nilestriol and Osteoform is practical, effective and economical and very popular with patients.
