摘要
西方教育管理理论产生100多年来,经历了四种主流研究范式,即类推-演绎范式、经验-分析范式、理论-诠释研究范式、社会-批判范式.文章在重点分析了各种范式的理论基础、代表人物和基本观点的基础上,对四种范式更迭的特点及未来走向进行了讨论.
Firstly,this paper points out there has had four mainly studying patterns since western educational management built theory 100 years ago.Secondly,it mainly makes an analysis of the theoretical basis,representative people and the foundational point of view about each patterns.Thirdly,it discusses the changing characteristics and tendencies of four studying patterns.
