摘要
科研管理是高校管理工作的重要组成部分,对调查高校发展有举足轻重的作用。新建本科院校科研管理队伍中,高学历人员偏少,年龄结构偏大,管理知识相对贫乏。在管理目标和管理方法上都存在许多问题。新建本科院校当前的科研管理工作是建立一支高素质科研管理队伍,制定切有效的科研管理制度,构建高效率科研管理创新体制,以提高科研管理水平,确保科研管理目标得以实现。
The staff of scientific research administration is an important element in the management of colleges, who plays a decisive role in their development. Of the staff of the newly-built colleges, very few have advanced educational background, its age structure is fairly old and it is short of knowledge of management. There exist a lot of problems in the goal and approaches of administration. The present task of those colleges is to build a staff of high quality, set up effective administrative rules and regulations and a creative system so as to raise the level of management and make sure of the realization of the goal.
