摘要
目的探讨骨缺损修复材料———固骼生(NovaBone)应用于四肢骨折内固定手术的临床效果。方法对四肢骨折实施内固定手术时,在骨折线内及周围均匀植入固骼生材料2~5mm3,共治疗64例,同时选择32例未应用固骼生组作为对照组随访观察。结果全部病例经12~20周随访,应用固骼生组骨折愈合时间12~16周,无骨折延迟愈合及不愈合。对照组(未应用固骼生组)骨折愈合时间16~20周,2例发生骨折延迟愈合。结论固骼生是一种新型的骨缺损修复材料,在四肢骨折内固定术时植入骨骼生能明显加速骨折愈合过程。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of application of Nova Bone, an artificial synthetic material for bone defect repair exported from US, in the treatment of fresh fractures of extremities. Methods 96 cases of tubular fractures were treated with internal fixation. 2 to 5 cc of Nova Bone was injected evenly into and around the fracture lines for 64 of the patients, but the material was not applied in the other 32 cases who served as the control group. The clinical effects of the 2 groups were compared. Results All the patients were followed up for 12 to 20 weeks. The average time of bone union for the patients who used Nova Bone was 12 to 16 weeks and no delayed union was found in them. The average time of bone union for the other 32 patients was 16 to 20 weeks and 2 cases of delayed union were found. Conclusion Nova Bone can promote the healing of fracture after internal fixation.
