摘要
引入太阳黑子活动,磁暴对地震发生存在触发机制这一基本观点,对东北地区中强地震活动周期进行了划分并研究其发生的太阳黑子活动周期的位相特征.并讨论了东北地区中强地震发生的某些地震学特点.
