摘要
本文报道了用苹果饲养桃小食心虫的技术。这种技术以苹果作为食料,卵保存在高湿的培养皿中,给予幼虫适宜的饲养方法,成虫饲养在适宜的湿度下,使得卵的孵化、幼虫脱果、成虫成活都有大幅度的提高,能够持续多代饲养。
The techniques of rearing Carposina sasakii Matsumura on apple are described. Apples, according to the techniques, are used for food; eggs are kept in petri dish with high high humid level. Proper feeding method for rearing larvas and fitting humidity for adult rearing make higher rate of egg hatchability, improvement to larva′s coming out of fruit and increased survival for adults. Sustained multi generation rearing can be realized.
