摘要
采用Scheffe典型多项式回归模型进行新型摩擦材料的配方设计 ,对配方材料的冲击强度、摩擦系数、磨损率、密度和硬度进行模糊综合评价 ,用最小二乘法求得回归方程 ,并采用多变量约束函数的复合形法求得目标函数的最优点和最优值。试验验证了方程的回归效果较好 。
The formula design of neotype friction material is done through the Scheffe typical polynomial regression model,on the base of fuzzy overall merits of the impulse strength ,friction coefficient, wear rate, density and hardness, we can get the regression equation by means of the least squares techniques, and the optimum point and value of the objective function by the complex method of multivariate bounded function. The regression result of the function is tested and verified well by test, and then we explore the new path of the formula design and optimization of friction material.
