摘要
我国的工程管理体制存在不少弊端 ,有些工程项目管理在许多方面都已不适应现实的需要。为了适应现代工程项目管理的特点和要求 ,工程项目管理模式必须创新。常用的现代工程项目管理模式有 :设计—招标—建造模式 (Design/Bid/Build简记DBB模式 )、设计—建造—交钥匙模式、BOT(Build Operate Transfer)建造—运营移交模式。这三种模式特点各异 ,不同的工程。
In the project management system of our country,there are a lot of abuses. Some construction project managements have already not met realistic needs in a lot of aspects. To meet requirement and the characteristic of modern construction project management, modern construction project management pattern must be created. General modern construction project management pattern has,Design/Bid/Build pattern, design-build-deliver key pattern,BOT( Build-Operate-Transfer) pattern.These 3 kinds of pattern have different characteristics. The patterns vary in different projects and conditions.
