摘要
赤霉素、生长素和细胞分裂素组合对芽的生长和增殖具有显著的影响 ,当GA3浓度为3mg/L时 ,平均每个外植体增殖小苗均在 12个以上。外植体的生长状态对芽的生长和增殖也有明显的作用 ,以 1年中处在不同生长状态下的树莓带芽茎段为外植体进行培养。结果表明 ,开始萌发的春梢茎段的芽分化率最高 (91.7% )。
Different combinations of 6-BA, IBA and GA_3 had significant effect on the multiplication and growth of raspberry shoots. Over 12 shoots could be induced to produce in on explant when the concentration of GA_3 was 3 mg/L. Explant growth situation played a very important role in the culture. In this paper, explants from the shoots of raspberries with different growth situations were studied. According the experiment, the differentiation proportion was pretty high(91.7%).
