摘要
以玉米烹调淀粉与 3-氯 - 2 -羟丙基三甲氯化铵为原料 ,在碱的催化下合成季铵型阳离子淀粉 ,采用凯氏定氮法分析产品中的含氮量 ,测出其取代度 ,并得到制备低取代度淀粉的最佳条件 :反应温度 70℃ ,反应时间 8h ,m(淀粉 ) :m(醚化剂 ) =10 0 :8.0 0 ,n(醚化剂 ) :n(NaOH) =1.0 0 :1.6 3,在此条件下制得的阳离子淀粉的含氮量 0 .5 5 5 % ,取代度 0 .0 6 83,反应效率为 88.8%
The quarternary ammonium cationic starch was prepared by the reaction of cornstarch (Ⅰ) and 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride (Ⅱ) under alkaline catalyst.The nitrogen contents were determined by J.kjeldah1 method.The optimum praparing conditions for low substitute degree starch were as the followings.temperature 70℃,time length 8h;M (Ⅰ):M(Ⅱ)=100:8.00;n(Ⅱ):n(NaOH)=1.00:1.63.The content of nitrogen of cationic starch was 0.555%,the degree of substitution was 0.0683 and the reaction efficiency was 88.8%
