摘要
本实验通过游泳耐力和生化指标的测定对几种活菌制剂的抗疲劳作用进行了研究。结果表明 ,双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌均可延长小鼠游泳时间 ,降低小鼠游泳后血清尿素氮 (BUN)含量 ,增强血清乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)活性。根据《保健食品功能学评价程序与方法》中的有关规定 ,可以认为 ,这两种活菌制剂能增强机体对运动负荷的适应能力 ,具有抗疲劳功能。
The evaluation of antifatigue function of active bacteria was studied by swimming endurance test and the analysis of biochemistry indexes.The results showed that Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus could improve the swimming performance of mice,decrease the content of blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and increase the activity of lactic acid dehydrogenase.It can be concluded that the two kind of preparation can enhance antifatigue function according to related rules
