摘要
用苯酚 -硫酸法测定了白首乌中的多糖含量。在波长 4 90nm处测定吸光度 ,8μg~ 6 4 μg范围内吸光度与被测含量具有良好的线性关系。回收实验 ,平均回收率为 10 0 .9% (n =4 )。此方法简便、准确率高、重线性好。通过此法 ,确定了白首乌多糖提取的最适条件 ,并测得白首乌中多糖的含量是 11.5 8g/ 10 0g。
The content of polysaccharides from radix Cynanchum buggei was determined by the method of phenol-vitril. Measuring the absorbency on 490 nm. There is good linearity relation between the absorbency and the content in the range of 8 μg~64 μg. The recovery experiment indicated that the recovery rate is 100.9%. This method is simply?accuracy and repeataue. By this method,the optimum condition of extraction of polysaccharides from radix Cynanchum buggei defined and the content of polysaccharides from radix Cynanchum buggei was 11.58g/100g.The absorbency rate was tested in wauelength 490 nm.
