混合制造战略与人力资源管理系统对财务绩效影响的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文以上海、江苏和广东三地373家制造企业为样本企业,检测中国背景下制造企业混合制造战略对公司财务绩效的影响,同时也检测人力资源管理系统对"混合制造战略——财务绩效"的调和影响。
