摘要
作者通过体外和体内试验,观察了紫外线照射血液(UIB)对80例流行性出血热(EHF)患者红细胞C_(3b)受体活性的影响。发现:①EHF患者血液在体外经UIB处理,红细胞C_(3b)受体花环率(RBC-C_(3b)-R)即升高(P<0.01)达正常水平,红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-IC-R)亦有所升高(P<0.05),循环免疫复合物(CIC)无显著变化。②将UIB处理过的血液回输给EHF患者进行随机对照治疗试验,治疗组和对照组的RBC-C(3b)-R均升高(P<0.01),RBC-IC-R亦升高(P<0.05),CIC均降低(P<0.05);但治疗组上述指标变化的幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。提示:UIB疗法可显著激活红细胞C_(3b)受体,促进CIC的清除,对于防治第Ⅲ型变态反应在EHF中所致的免疫病理损伤具有重要意义。
Eighty cases with epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) were experimented with ultraviolet-irradiated blood (UIB) therapy in vitro and in vivo. The results showed: (1) In vitro, UIB could increase the red cell C_(3b) receptor rosette ratio (RBC-C_(3b)-R) (P<0.01)and the red cell surface immune complex rosette ratio (RBC-IC-R) (P<0.05), not affect circulating immune complex (CIC). (2) In vivo, after treatment, the study group (39 cases) and controls (41 cases) showed that both RBC-C_(3b)-R and RBC-IC-R increased (P<0.01 to 0.05), and CIC decreased (P< 0-05), but the indexes of study group changed in higher degree (P<0.01 to 0.05). The research suggests that UIB therapy can stimulates the red cell C_(3b) receptor activity, improve reducing of CIC and prevent the harming of Ⅲtype allergic reaction in EHF.
