摘要 利用有机高分子化合物聚丙烯酰胺与硫酸亚铁制备了一种新型、高效、价廉无毒的复合絮凝剂(PFAM),并与PAC、聚合铁等传统絮凝剂进行对比,研究了PFAM的絮凝性能,并已将它应用于处理造纸生化废水.结果表明,PFAM对造纸生化废水絮凝性能优良,均超过PAC、聚合铁等传统产品,其CODCr去除率达到96%,上清液透光率为95%,对色度去除效果好,出水质量达到行业排放标准. A newer,more effective,cheaper and non-poisonous compound flocculant was prepared with organic macromolecular compound polyamide and ferrisulpHas, the flocculating properties of PFAM were studied,compared with the old flocculant(PAC,PolyferrisulpHas),and it was used to dispose of papermaking biochemical sewage. The results indicate that PFAM flocculating properties to papermaking biochemical sewage exceed to the old flocculants-PAC and polyferrisulpHas;its removing ratio of COD(Cr) is up to 96 percent;the previous to light ratio of above clear liquid is up to 95 percent;its removing effect to color is better and the quality of emitted water is up to the given emission standard.
