摘要
采用Perkin Elmer Zeeman/3030原子吸收分光光度计测定了肺癌患者、良性肺病患者和健康对照组血清中铜锌含量.结果表明,肺癌患者血清锌明显低于健康对照组和良性肺病患者(P<0.01),而血清铜和铜锌比值明显高于健康对照组和良性肺病患者(P<0.01)。以铜锌比值1.60作为分界值,肺癌患者与健康对照组之间诊断符合率为98.8%,特异性100%,灵敏度为90.9%,信息量为0.3205;肺癌患者与良性肺病患者之间上述各值分别为85.9%,76.7%,90.9%和0.2449。铜锌比值在肺癌诊断中有一定的价值。
Serum copper and zinc determination was made with a Perkin Elmer Zeeman /3030 atomic absorption spestrophotometer in 55 lung cancer patients. 30 patients with benign pulmonary diseases and 375 healthy subjects.Lung cancer patients had serum zinc values significantly lower than those found in healthy subjects and in patients with nonmalignant pulmonary disease ( P<0.01 ) . Lung cancer patients had serum copper and the Cu/Zn ratio values significantly higher than healthy subjects and patients with benign pulmonary diseases ( P<0.01 ) . The significance of Cu/Zn ratio was evaluated at a cutoff value of 1.60, The use of such cutoff value resulted in an efficiency of 98.8%, specificity of 100% .sensitivity of 90.9%, and information centent of 0.3205 between lung cancer patients and healthy subjects. Between lung cancer patients and patients with benign pulmonary conditions the aforementioned values were 85.9%, 76.7%, 90.9%, and 0.2449, respectively. Therefore, determination of serum Cu/Zn ratio had a great diagnostic value for lung cancers.
