摘要
对某台300MW燃煤电站锅炉的煤,底渣,飞灰进行取样,测定了样品中汞的含量。并采用EPA推荐的Ontario-Hydro方法测定了电除尘器排放的烟气中汞形态分布情况。实验结果表明汞主要以烟气形式排放,占到原煤总汞量的83%,而底渣和飞灰分别占1%和13%。电除尘器后的烟气中,汞的浓度为13~21μg/Nm^3,颗粒态含量非常低,对汞的化学形态研究表明,Hg^(2+)占气态汞量的55%~69%,Hg^0占气态汞量的31%~45%。说明Hg^0在烟气中发生了一些氧化还原反应。
In this work, the attention was focused on the characteristic of mercury transformation and the mercury speciation in flue gas during combustion in a large-scale utility boiler.Coal, slag, and fly ashes were sampled from a 300MW utility boiler and mercury concentration of these samples are determined. Ontario-Hydro method was applied to determine the mercury speciation in flue gas.The experimental data indicate that the majority of mercury goes into flue gas. Mercury quantity in flue gas to total combustion products is about 83%.The total mercury quantity in slag and fly ash is about 1%, 13% respectively. The result also shows that among the stack emissions after ESP,the gaseous mercury concentrations in the flue gas is about 13-21μg/Nm^3. the proportion in particulate form was extremely low, the content of Hg^(2+) in flue gas is about 55%-69%, the content of Hg^0 is about 31%-45%.
