摘要
采用旋转挂片法、极化曲线法和交流阻抗法 ,对比研究十八胺、改性十八胺以及现在使用的锅炉防锈剂 (主要成分十八胺 )的缓蚀和成膜性能。同时 ,采用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM )研究改性十八胺在高温下的汽、液相成膜性。结果表明 :改性十八胺具有较好的缓蚀作用 ,能在金属表面形成一层具有良好保护作用的憎水性保护膜 。
Rotary coupon test,electrochemical polarization curves and impendence method were used to study the corrosion inhibition and formed a layer of film performance of three kinds of different octadecylamines(ODA).At the same time,by using SEM the film performance of its gaseous and liquid phase was studied at the high temperature of a modified ODA.The results show that the inhibition of modified ODA is excellent and it can form a layer of hydrophobic film with good protective effect on the metallic surface, so it can be used in the shut down thermal power equipment.
