摘要
塔河油田盐膏层纯度高、水溶性比较强、蠕动能力强,钻井完井难度相对较大。通过选用KO-140T×15.8mm高钢级厚壁套管,优化井身结构、固井管串结构及水泥浆液柱结构,应用性能优良的盐水水泥浆体系,提高了盐膏层段固井质量,保证了盐下钻探作业的安全。
Because salt-gypsum beds are high uniform, with strong aquation and great creep capacity, drilling and completion operations are much harder in Tahe Oilfield. A series of measures, including choosing high grade casing of KO-140T×15. 8mm, optimizing casing schematics and cement slurry systems and applying good performance brine cement slurry, enhance the quality of salt-gypsum formation cementing and ensure safety downhole drilling operations.
