New Cementing and Completion Techniques with Liners under Plural Pressure Systems

摘要 在同一裸眼段出现多套压力层系,不但给钻井作业带来很大的困难,而且大大增加了固井作业的难度。为保护油气层,提高采收率,胜利油田从固井现场的实际情况出发,对固井工具、固井工艺和水泥浆技术进行了改进,形成了适合复杂地层多套压力层系的尾管悬挂器+分级箍+管外封隔器固井工艺和尾管悬挂器+管外封隔器固井工艺。在胜利油田35井次的现场应用表明,该工艺不但保证了固井质量,而且满足了勘探开发的需要。 Existing plural pressure system in the same open hole not only brings troubles to drilling operations but also makes cementing much more difficult. In order to protect reservoirs and enhance recovery, Shengli Oilfield improves cementing tools, cementing techniques and cement slurry systems based on actual working conditions, and develops two new cementing techniques, which are suitable to plural pressure systems. The first one is made up of liner hanger, stage cementing collar and pipe packers, and the other is made up of liner hanger and pipe packer. Field applications to 35 wells in Shengli Oilfield show that the techniques can meet demands for exploration and development as well as ensure cementing quality.
