摘要
简述了纳米CaCO3/高分子复合材料研究的进展,重点介绍了纳米CaCO3与不同类型高分子制得的复合材料的结构及性能。对纳米CaCO3进行适当分散处理,加强粒子与基体的相互作用,使纳米CaCO3能够在基体中均匀分散,从而可提高复合材料的综合性能,拓宽纳米CaCO3的使用范围。寻求最佳的工业化方法对纳米CaCO3进行表面改性.制得稳定的高性能复合材料,实现工业化是这一领域的研究方向。
This paper described briefly the advance in nano -CaCO3/polymer composite materials and introduced emphatically structure and performance of the composites prepared from nano-CaCO3 and different kinds of polymers. Proper treatment for improving disperse of nano-CaCO3 was beneficial to strengthening interaction between polymer matrix and fillers and therefore, nano-CaCO3 was capable to be distributed homogeneously in the matrix. Accordingly, comprehensive performance of the composites so prepared was enhanced, and the application of nano-CaCO3 was expanded. Seeking for optimum commercial process for modifying surface of nano -CaCO3, preparing stable composites with high performance and realizing industrialization of the materials represented the current research direction in this field.
