卡介苗多糖核酸对哮喘患儿免疫干预作用及肺功能影响的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨卡介苗多糖核酸(BCG鄄PSN)对哮喘患儿Th1/Th2功能及肺通气功能的影响。方法:33例哮喘患儿随机分为两组,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用BCG鄄PSN,治疗前和治疗后6个月检测PPD、血清IL鄄4和IFN鄄γ、血浆总IgE、肺功能。结果:治疗后治疗组PPD阴性转阳性8例,IL鄄4、IgE明显下降,IFN鄄γ及IFN鄄γ/IL鄄4比值明显升高;两组肺功能均明显改善,治疗组有效率94.44%,对照组有效率73.33%。结论:BCG鄄PSN具有调节Th1/Th2平衡,降低IL鄄4、IgE水平,增加IFN鄄γ水平,提高免疫力,减轻气道炎症,改善肺通气功能,对哮喘患者是良好的免疫调节剂。 Objective: To observe the effect on immune and pulmonery function in asthmatic children treated with Polysaccharide nucleic acid of BCG (BCG-PSN) injection. Method: 18 cases (treatment group) with additional BCG-PSN injection and 15 case (control group) with only normal treatment were studied in contrast. They were all observed in PPD skin test, pulmonery function and assaied the level of IL-4、IFN-γ in PBMCs and plasm total IgE using ELISA kits six months before and after the treatment. Results: The number of treatment group with PPD skin test-positive is 8 cases after BCG-PSN therapy. In comparison with the asthma control, BCG-PSN immunization could increases the level of IFN-γ, the ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4 whereas decreases the level of IL-4 in PBMC and the plasma total IgE. Good result can be attained in symptom and pulmonary function. Conclusion: BCG-PSN can recover the balance of Th1/Th2. And excellent effects of BCG-PSN injection in treament on immune and pulmonery function of asthmatic children were found.
