摘要
基于直流量子化霍尔效应建立的高水平直流电阻标准,促使人们积极研究交流量子化霍尔效应,以期建立更高准确度交流电阻标准的技术方案。但国外在这方面的探索遇到了一些困难。鉴于此,本文作者提出了有别于国外方案的新的技术路线。
The DC resistance natural standard based on quantum Hall effect acquires outstanding success,which urges the effort on the research of AC quantum Hall effect to set up more accurate AC resistance standard.But some difficulty seems serious in this field.Authors of this paper propose a new approach different from published papers to this problem.
