摘要
目的 建立一种用高效液相色谱法分离检测珮夫人止咳露中磷酸可待因、盐酸麻黄碱、马来酸氯苯那敏和愈创甘油醚4种主成分含量的方法。方法 采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶填充色谱柱(Kromasil C_(18),250mm×4.6mm i.d.5μm),流动相为0.05mol/L。磷酸二氢钾溶液(含1%三乙胺,用磷酸调pH=3.0)-0.005mol/L己烷磺酸钠甲醇溶液=55:45,检测波长为254nm,柱温40℃,流速1.0 ml/min,进样量为20μl。结果 样品测定中,磷酸可待因、盐酸麻黄碱、愈创甘油醚和马来酸氯苯那敏4种成分的相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为0.98、0.62、0.51、0.74%;平均回收率分别为102.0、100.2、99.6、98.4%(n=9);供试品溶液在24h内稳定。结论 该方法精密度好,准确度高,简单易行。

(containing 1% triethylamine and pH were adjusted to 3.0 with diluted phosphate acid)-0.005 mol/L Hexanesulfonate(55: 45) at
a flow rate of 1. 0 ml/min, and detection was set at 254 nm. Results Relative standard deviation (RSD) of sample determination
were 0. 98% .0. 62% .0. 51%.0.74%, and average recoveries of components were 102. 0%. 100. 2% .99. 6% .98. 4%. Sample solu-
tion can keep stable in 24 hours. Conclusion The developed method was demonstrated to be simple, fast and sensitive, thus suitable
for the analysis of this four components in Madam Pearls Cough Syrup.
