摘要
目的 :测定牛磺酸片的含量。方法 :以牛磺酸精制品作为对照品制成贮备液 ,以茚三酮为显色剂 ,磷酸盐为缓冲液 ,在 10 0℃水浴中加热 35min后立即冷却至室温 ,加水稀释至刻度 ,摇匀 ,检测波长为 5 72nm。结果 :牛磺酸的线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9996 ,平均回收率为 99.6 % ,RSD =0 .4 5 % (n =5 )。结论 :本实验方法简便 ,省时 ,结果能达到制剂要求。
Objective: To study the determination of taurine from its tablet. Methods: Refined taurinc was used as reference substance, with ninydrin as color reagent and phosphorate as buffer. After 35 min of heating, the mixture was cooled quickly down to room temperature, added up water to dilute to graduaticn, shaken up evenly up evenly and then detected, which was at 572nm. Results: Taurine showed a good linear relationship, r=0.9996, the average recovery (n=5) were 99.6% and RSD=0.45%. Conclusion: This method was found to be practical, simple and timesaving, the result can satisfy the requirement of preparation.
