摘要
在LD2扩散焊试验中采用机械清理 ,同时 ,在一定温度和真空环境下施加瞬间大压力的方法 ,减小了Al2 O3氧化膜的不利影响 ,提高了接头的焊合率。
Machinery clearance and impressing instant great pressure are taken in the process of LD2 aluminum alloy diffusion welding during condition of specified temperature and state. The technology reduces disadvantage influence of surface oxide film and increases the welded rate of joint.
