摘要
目的:探讨老年人急性结石性胆囊炎的临床特点及手术问题。方法:对我院1998～2003年经手术治疗的46例老年人急性结石性胆囊炎的临床表现及治疗进行回顾性分析。结果:46例全部治愈。术后切口感染、电解质紊乱、肺部感染等并发症高达19.5%。结论:老年人的急性结石性胆囊炎,术前充分准备,积极治疗合并症,采取合理的手术方式是手术安全的保证。
Objective To study the clinical characteristic and surgical aspects of acute cholelithiasis in elderly patients.Methods The data from 46 cases of acute cholelithiasis in elderly patients who underwent surgical treatment from 1998～2003 were reviewed.Results All 46 cases were cured.The rate of post-operative complications was 19.5%,including lung infection,electrolyte disorder and wound infection,etc.Conclusion The key of cholelithiasis surgery in elderly patients needs full pre-operation preparation,in-time management of complications and reasonable operation methods.
