经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折

摘要 目的探讨经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折的疗效及操作要点。方法采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)对18例老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折(20个椎体)，在C臂X线机透视下经皮经椎弓根PMMA注入椎体成形术。平均随访时间8个月。结果所有病人腰痛症状术后明显减轻或消失，未出现肺栓塞，神经损伤等并发症，随访期间症状缓解或者消失．与术后相比无明显差别。结论经皮穿刺椎体经成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体骨折操作简单安全，可有效缓解疼痛。
