摘要
文章在论述电解砂带复合磨削(ECABG)机理的基础上,介绍了在C620车床上改装的试验装置和1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢进行试验,对其结果、加工效率和经济性进行剖析。
This paper discusses the compound grinding mechanism of cleltrolytic abrasive belt, analyses the experimental result obtained from the pilot unit. Its considered that the combination of electrolytic machining with abrasive belt grinding may be the effective method tor processing materials that is difficult to be processed
