摘要
十年股市的发展不仅暴露出我国股市许多弊端,同时股市也集中了大量的金融风险。股票是一种典型的虚拟资本形式,股票市场的运作必然应该符合虚拟资本的运行规律。从虚拟资本的角度探讨我国股市的发展问题有利于解决我国股市中许多长期悬而未决的问题。
