摘要 改革开放以来,我国旅行社业获得了巨大发展。行业规模扩张的同时,旅行社业的对外开放程度不断提高,市场竞争日趋激烈,开放和竞争的结果导致旅行社业的组织结构发生了显著变化。本文主要依据产业组织理论,运用SCP框架,对中国旅行社业的市场结构和产业绩效进行实证分析,并针对旅行社业结构调整中存在的新情况、新问题,提出优化产业组织、改善经营绩效的政策建议。 China' s travel service industry has achieved great development since its reform and opening - up. Along with its enlarging scale, remarkable changes have taken place in the organizational structure of China's travel service industry as the result of the enhancing competition and 'accelerating process of opening - up. An empirical analysis is given in this paper on the transition of the industrial organization of China's travel service industry with the SCP framework, as well as some measures and options are put forward for future structure adjustment and the improvement of its efficiency.
