摘要
利用高油大豆品种东农46和高蛋白大豆品种东农42为试材,进行子叶节器官发生途径诱导不定芽激素浓度的筛选。研究结果表明:6-BA浓度和IBA浓度对东农46和东农42子叶节丛生芽的诱导有明显的影响。东农46适宜的诱导丛生芽培养基的激素浓度为:1 7mg/L或1 1mg/L6-BA+0 5mg/LIBA;东农42适宜的诱导丛生芽培养基的激素浓度为1 7mg/L6-BA+0mg/LIBA。表3,参3。
In this experiment, Dongnong 42 with high protein content and Dongnong 46 with high oil content have been studied to screen the optimal culture media which are composed of different kinds and concentration of hormone to establish the high efficient receptor system. The results are as follows,The concentration of 6-BA and IBA has distinct effect on cotyldonary nodes inducement of Dongnong 46 and Dongnong 42. The optimal concentration of hormone for inducing the cluster shoots of Dongnong 42 is as follows: 1.7 mg/L 6-BA +0mg/L IBA;The optimal concentration of hormone for inducing the cluster shoots of Dongnong 46 is as follows: 1.7 mg/L or 1.1mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L IBA.
