摘要
农业旱灾是我国发生范围最广、频率最高、灾情和影响最严重的灾害。为了全面地认识旱灾,有效地进行旱灾风险管理,减轻旱灾损失和影响,该文对干旱指标与监测、干旱影响、旱灾评估、旱灾区域分异规律、减灾管理等方面的国内外研究进展进行了综述。
The agricultural drought is one of the most severe disasters in our country.It occurs widely with high frequency and has badly affection.In order to manage the drought risk efficiently and decrease loss and mitigate its impacts,it is necessary to get a clear mind about the essential of agricultural drought.This paper discusses the progression in the field of drought index,drought monitoring,drought affection, drought evaluation,drought distributing rules and drought management domestically and overseas.
