敖汉苜蓿硬实种子处理方法研究 被引量:19

摘要 试验以2002年收获的敖汉苜蓿种子为材料,采用不同水温浸种、98%浓硫酸不同浸种时间和石英砂磨破种皮等处理来研究打破敖汉苜蓿种子硬实的效果。结果表明,浓硫酸浸种处理中效果最佳的是浸种60 min,平均发芽率达到99%;不同水温浸种处理中效果最佳的是75℃的热水处理,平均发芽率达到79%。3种处理中以98%浓硫酸浸种60 min的效果最好,其次是石英砂磨破种皮,而各种水温浸种的效果较差。 Seed of Aohan alfalfa (Medicago sativa), harvested in 2002, were treated with three methods to obtain the best method for breaking hard seed, the three treatments were: (1) 98% H2SO4 dip for 5min, 15 min, 20min, 40min, 60min, 120min. (2) hot water dip in 10℃, 50℃, 65℃, 75℃, 85℃, 100℃ for24h. (3) grinding with quartzite for 20 min. The results showed that the germination rate of seed was up to 99% with 98% H2SO4 dipping for 60min. The highest seed germination rate by dipping in warm water was 79% at the temperature of 75℃. The germination rate was 94% by grinding. In conclusion, the best method for breaking the hard seed of alfalfa is dipping for 60 min in 98% H2SO4.
