摘要
依据团体动力学的理论与方法 ,在体育课教学中通过设置明确合理的教学目标、制定切实有效的课堂规范、开展适当的竞争和积极的合作、营造民主和谐的课堂气氛 ,有利于顺利完成教学任务 ,提高教学效果和教学质量。
Based on theories and methods of group dynamics in physical teaching,this essay puts forward the principles of setting explicit teaching goals,drawing practical and efficient class regulations,developing proper rivalry and active cooperation,making democrat and harmonious atmosphere can accomplish the teaching task successfully and improve teaching effect and teaching equality.
