摘要
我厂2050热连轧机采用P型速度调节器加负载扰动观测器的新型调速方案,有效地减小了负载扰动下的动态速降和恢复时间,提高了轧制质量。本文力图阐明其基本物理机制、数学模型及参数计算,叙述调试步骤,评价其效果。此外,在热连轧机微张力控制系统中,还应用数字负荷观察器求取轧制力矩,据此计算出力矩实际值,实现微张力控制。本文对此也有所涉及。
Compared with Conventional PI controller, the adoption o p regulator together with load observer, a new type of speed adjusting syscem in hot strip mill, serves more efficiently to diminish dynamic speed drop and restore time under load impact. In this paper,the theory scheme, mathematic model, adj(?)sting steps and results are presented, in addition,a kind of wholly digitized load observer has also been developed for deriving the rolling torque on which the tension torq'e, which is the key parameter in realizing so called minimum tension control (MTC)in-between finishing stands of hot stri(?) mill, can be calculated.In the latter part of this paper, a brief explanation a bo it it is given.
