摘要
本文介绍了采用超临界CO2 萃取新鲜柚子花中芳香性成分 ,并用气相色谱 -质谱联用仪对其中化学成分进行分析鉴定。共鉴定出 31个芳香性有机化学成分 ,占超临界CO2 萃取柚子鲜花总芳香油的 78.886 %。通过对柚子花芳香性成分的分析 。
The article introduced that fragrant ingredients from fresh flower of pomelo was extracted by supercritical CO 2, and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). 31 components were separated, indentified and accounted for 78.886% of the total fragrant ingredients. This scientific data of components in fragrant ingredients was in the interest of further development of flower of pomelo essence of great appending-value.
