摘要
目前,我国高技术产业发展已进入到一个新的阶段。本文试图用自组织理论来透视高技术产业的成长过程,认为高技术产业是一个动态系统,由科技、生产和流通三要素组成,它的形成是一个涨落和风险的实现过程,又是三要素协同作用的结果,同时还是与产业环境高度开放融合的产物。高技术产业系统必须具备此种自组织的特性,才能不仅在总量规模方面上一个新台阶,而且在自主开发能力、国际竞争力方面有新的突破。
Now,the development of high-tech industries in China has come into a new stage. This thesis tries to have the perspective of the growth of high-tech industries in the view of self-organization.It reveals that high-tech industries are a moving system composed of three factors: science and technology(technology), production(industry) and circulation (trade).The formation of high-tech industries is a rise and fall course full of risk, a result of synergy of three factors, and also an opening and blending course between the high-tech industries and the environment. High-tech industries system should be possessed of the property of self-organization so as to bring about a new change not only in the quantum and scale, but also in the ability of self-reliance development and of international competition.
