摘要
采用微型固定床反应装置 ,研究了甲烷、二氧化碳和氧气制氧化重整合成气时Ni Ce Cu Li/Al2 O3催化剂床层的热波分布 ,考察了炉温和进料配比对催化剂床层热波分布的影响 .研究结果表明 :在甲烷、二氧化碳和氧气的氧化重整反应中 ,催化剂床层存在明显的热波现象 ;在相同的炉温下 ,甲烷部分氧化反应的热波强度最大 ,甲烷、二氧化碳和氧气的氧化重整反应次之 ;甲烷、二氧化碳的重整反应没有热波现象 .热波现象进一步印证了甲烷、二氧化碳和氧气制氧化重整合成气的反应遵从燃烧 -重整的反应机理 .
The thermal wave distribution in the Ni-Ce-Cu-L i/Al 2O 3 catalyst bed for the reaction of CH 4, CO 2 and O 2 to syngas was studied by a micro fixed-bed reactor. The effects of the bed temperature and the feed stocks on the thermal wave distribution were also investigated. The results indicate that there are obvious thermal waves in the oxyreforming reaction of CH 4, CO 2 and O 2. At the same furnace temperature, the thermal wave intensity of the partial oxidation of methane is larger than that of the oxyreforming reaction of CH 4, CO 2 and O 2. No thermal wave was observed in the reforming reaction of CH 4 and CO 2. The phenomenon of thermal wave provides further evidences to the reaction mechanism of the oxyreforming reaction of CH 4, CO 2 and O 2, namely, the combustion-reformation mechanism.
