摘要
简单介绍了基于搭接接头的结构光三维视觉传感原理.激光经过光学系统形成的光片以一定角度投向母材,光片与搭接焊缝相交成一单光纹.CCD摄像头会在母材垂直上方拍摄所形成的折线光纹,再交由计算机处理.在对所得到的图像进行各种处理,如中值滤波、二值化、低高通滤波、细化等的基础上,运用设计的算法算出搭接焊缝的边缘坐标,确定所需要的偏移量和深度值.实验表明,此方法有良好的效果.
This thesis introduces the sensor theory of three-dimensional visual information processing on the overlap joint.The laser light becomes a piece of structure light to throw to overlap joint,and in the end it will be a single vein of light.At the top of mother material,the CCD camcorder will photo and send it to the (computer.)We can use some methods of image processing to do with the picture.Through those procedures we can get the edge seat of overlap joint and the deviation value,the depth value by good algorithm.
