Setup and Optimization of the Parameters in Injection Molding Based on CAE, DOE and Fuzzy Weights

摘要 从改进传统的试模方法、降低试模成本的思想出发,将CAE和DOE技术引入注塑成型参数配置和优化中,在正交试验基础上初选出试验产品较优的成型参数;同时采用模糊加权综合评价方法,解决多指标评价中权值确定问题,并用试验验证了该方法的有效性。 The process parameters of injection molding affect the qualities of plastic parts and productivities directly. In consideration of impoving traditional method and reduction of the costs, CAE and DOE are introduced into the setup and optimization of molding parameters. In this way, initial optimal molding parameters are obtained. On the other hand, comprehensive valuation equation of fuzzy weight is helpful to determine the weight of muli-target valuation. And the result of CAE experiment proves the ideas in the papers effective finally.
