摘要
本文提出了有关煤焦非均相反应动力学的新观点,即认为任何煤焦与氧的反应,其反应活化能E 值不随煤种而变,它仅是煤焦表面温度的函数;但煤焦的反应频率因子K_(o,cb)随煤种而变.本文中给出了在着火期间的纯碳与氧反应的活化能E=152kJ/mol(36.3kcal/mo1),它通用于所有煤焦与氧的着火反应.本文首次给出了煤焦与氧反应的频率因子K_(o,cb),与煤种的关系,改变了前人研究中E、K(o,cb)都随煤种而变但无通用规律的状况.本文中还提出了一个判别煤焦着火性能的新无因次准则F_(?),它只取决于煤的工业分析数据,综合地反映了煤质的优劣,故称其为煤质数,煤质数越大,其着火性能则越好.该准则对于设计人员和运行工人掌握、判别不同煤种的着火性能颇具实用价值,可改变长期来只用可燃基挥发分含量V_(?)值来判断煤着火性能的片面观点.
The paper puts forward some new views on char kineticsat heterogeneous reaction.It includs:(1)When the char re-acts with Oxygen,the activation energy Eis independent of theoriginal coal and it is the function of surface temperature ofthe char;(2)The activation energy that net carbon reactswith Oxygen during ignition is equal to 152 kJ/mol(36.6kcal/moi)and a universal constant for all chars;(3)Thereaction of pre—exponential factor with coal is given firstly;(4)A new nondimensional criterion F_(es),which is obtained forthe proximate analysis data of coal,is put to judge of char ig-nition characteristics.
