企业并购可分为并购准备、并购谈判交易和并购整合3个阶段,各个阶段的并购风险具有不同的特点和诱因。可以此为依据构建并购风险分段识别流程图,从并购战略、并购策略和控制方式等多角度对企业并购风险进行系统控制。
