摘要
以M 2 12 0A内圆磨床为对象 ,比较了采用不同筋板型式后各主要零件及整机的动态性能。分析结果表明 ,依据零件的振型特点选用相宜的筋板型式可明显提高其动刚度 。
s:The dynamic behavior of main parts and the whole machine is compared by using different arrangement patterns of the strengthened bars based on M2120A internal grinder. The analyzed results show that the parts' dynamic stiffness can be improved distinctly if the corresponding arrangement patterns of the strengthened bars can be used according to its vibration characteristic. The dynamic behavior of the whole machine composed of the amended parts is better than that of the original machine. ,5”
